The St. Augustine Catholic High School Department of Theatre Arts was created in 2004 and has a tradition of excellent and creative productions. Highlight performances have included “Almost, Maine,” “Grease,” and “White Christmas.”

The St. Augustine Catholic High School Theatre Program offers three courses per year.

Beginning Theatre focuses on the history of the theatre while developing the individual actor, stage set-up and design, costuming, and make-up. Intermediate Theatre expands on beginning while developing the individual’s ability to write original plays. Finally, Advanced Theatre incorporates beginning and intermediate while empowering students in the field of directing and producing.
